1. Client Subscription Refunds
1.1 Free Plan: No refunds applicable as this is a free service.
1.2 Paid Plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
1.3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers to paid plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
1.4 No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
1.5 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Course Purchase Refunds
2.1 14-Day Refund Window: Students may request a full refund within 14 days of course purchase if less than 30% of the course content has been consumed.
2.2 Course Cancellation: If Translabe cancels or discontinues a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund regardless of course progress.
2.3 Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent course access and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.4 No Refunds After Completion: Once you have completed more than 30% of a course or 14 days have passed since purchase (whichever comes first), refunds will not be issued except in cases of technical failure on our part.
3. Platform Usage and Project Management Fees
3.1 Service Fees: Payments for completed projects on the platform represent the service fee for using Translabe's collaboration and project management tools. Once the project is finalized within the system, these fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Disputed Projects: In case of disputes regarding the use of platform tools or project delivery, funds will be held in escrow until the matter is resolved through our dispute resolution process.
3.3 Cancelled Projects: If a client cancels a project before any platform resources or freelancer assignments have been initiated, a full refund may be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.
3.4 Milestone-Based Services: For projects using milestone-based platform features, only unstarted milestones where no platform resources have been allocated are eligible for refunds.
4. Platform Service Fees
4.1 Non-Refundable Fees: Service fees and transaction fees charged by Translabe are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
4.2 Promotional Credits: Any promotional credits, discounts, or bonus features are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@translabe.com with the following information:
  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or order number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documentation
5.2 Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days, and you will be notified of the decision via email.
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
6.1 Fraudulent Activity: Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy will be permanently banned and ineligible for refunds.
6.2 Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to all services.
6.3 Force Majeure: Translabe is not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.
7. Changes to This Policy
7.1 Translabe reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
7.2 Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
