3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Users must create an account to access most platform features.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 Users must provide accurate and current information during registration and keep their profiles updated.
3.4 Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the platform.
3.5 Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5.4 Clients are responsible for any content they provide for translation.
6. Freelancer Responsibilities
6.1 Freelancers must accurately represent their skills, experience, and qualifications.
6.2 Freelancers must deliver work on time and according to agreed specifications.
6.3 Freelancers must maintain client confidentiality regarding all project materials.
6.4 Freelancers may not share or distribute client content to third parties.
6.5 Freelancers must ensure they have the right to work and provide services in their jurisdiction.
7. Course Terms
7.1 Students have the right to contact course creators and tutors through established channels.
7.2 Students are entitled to receive a certificate of completion upon finishing courses and completing assigned tasks.
7.3 Students may not distribute course content to third parties in any form.
7.4 Course access is granted for personal educational use only and may not be shared.
7.5 Refund terms for courses are outlined in our Refund Policy.
8. Payments and Fees
8.1 Translabe charges service fees on transactions as outlined in our pricing structure.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.2 Translabe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
12.3 Translabe is not responsible for content published by users or collaborators.
12.4 Translabe does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted platform access.
12.5 Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.
13. Account Termination
13.1 Translabe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
13.2 Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
13.3 Upon termination, users lose access to all platform features and content.
13.4 Outstanding payments and obligations remain in effect after termination.
14. Modifications to Services
