2.2 Job Posting: Clients can post translation jobs and receive proposals from qualified freelancers.

2.3 Courses: Translabe offers educational courses for translators and language professionals to enhance their skills.

2.4 Subscription Plans: Various subscription plans are available offering different features and limits on job postings and freelancer messaging.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Users must create an account to access most platform features.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Users must provide accurate and current information during registration and keep their profiles updated.

3.4 Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the platform.

3.5 Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Users must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.

4.2 Users may not use the platform for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws.

4.3 Users may not harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.

4.4 Users may not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to their accounts.

4.5 Users may not attempt to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions outside the platform.

4.6 Users may not post false, misleading, or deceptive information.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide clear and accurate project requirements.

5.2 Clients must pay agreed-upon fees for completed work in a timely manner.

5.3 Clients must respect freelancers' intellectual property and work product.

5.4 Clients are responsible for any content they provide for translation.

6. Freelancer Responsibilities

6.1 Freelancers must accurately represent their skills, experience, and qualifications.

6.2 Freelancers must deliver work on time and according to agreed specifications.

6.3 Freelancers must maintain client confidentiality regarding all project materials.

6.4 Freelancers may not share or distribute client content to third parties.

6.5 Freelancers must ensure they have the right to work and provide services in their jurisdiction.

7. Course Terms

7.1 Students have the right to contact course creators and tutors through established channels.

7.2 Students are entitled to receive a certificate of completion upon finishing courses and completing assigned tasks.

7.3 Students may not distribute course content to third parties in any form.

7.4 Course access is granted for personal educational use only and may not be shared.

7.5 Refund terms for courses are outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Payments and Fees

8.1 Translabe charges service fees on transactions as outlined in our pricing structure.

8.2 All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

8.3 Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

8.4 Failed payments may result in service suspension or account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Translabe retains all rights to the platform, its content, and branding.

9.2 Freelancers retain ownership of their work product, granting clients license to use as agreed.

9.3 Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

9.4 Course materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Users have the right to access, modify, delete, or update their data by contacting info@translabe.com

10.3 We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data.

10.4 We will not sell or share user data with third parties except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes through Translabe's dispute resolution process before pursuing legal action.

11.2 Translabe may act as a mediator in disputes between clients and freelancers.

11.3 Translabe's decisions in disputes are final and binding.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Translabe is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of work performed by freelancers.

12.2 Translabe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

12.3 Translabe is not responsible for content published by users or collaborators.

12.4 Translabe does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted platform access.

12.5 Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Translabe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13.2 Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.

13.3 Upon termination, users lose access to all platform features and content.

13.4 Outstanding payments and obligations remain in effect after termination.

14. Modifications to Services

14.1 Translabe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

14.2 Translabe is committed to respecting existing agreements with users.

14.3 Feature changes and updates will be communicated through the platform.
